• Photo album: Used for saving practice share images, donation QR codes, and admin contact QR codes to your album, and for setting your avatar, etc.
• Notifications: Used for pushing messages, reminders, etc.

• Background running: Used for playing chanting audio in the background, data synchronization, etc.

2.4 Usage Information

• App usage data: Usage duration, feature usage frequency, page access records, etc.
• Performance data: Technical data used to optimize app performance

2.5 Practice Data

• Practice records: Practice names, counts, dates, and other information you create
• Practice logs: Your practice records and related data

2.6 Contemplative Journal Data (User-Generated Content)

• Note content: Note titles, text content, etc. that you create in the Contemplative Journal
• Note attachments: Images and other attachment information you upload
• Note metadata: Creation time, modification time, tags, etc.
• Note status: Favorite status, deletion status, etc.

2.7 Sharing Information

• Shared content: When you generate practice sharing images and save them to your album, copy sharing text, or share content to third-party platforms, we will process the corresponding shared content information

2.8 Invitation Code and Feature Unlock Information

• Invitation code: When you use an invitation code to unlock a protected feature (such as the Brahma Sound Hall), we collect the invitation code you enter, the unlock time, and the corresponding feature identifier
• Redemption records: To provide feature gating and prevent abuse (such as rate limiting and enumeration prevention), we record redemption audit logs, including your user identifier and IP address
• Unlock entitlement: After a successful unlock, we record your feature access entitlement (such as Brahma Sound Hall) for server-side gating checks
• The redemption audit data above is used solely for security protection and gate management and is not shared with any third party

We will request the following permissions from you when necessary:

• Camera permission: Used for scanning QR codes, taking photos, etc.
• Photo album permission: Used for saving practice share images, donation QR codes, and admin contact QR codes to your album, and for setting your avatar, etc.
• Notification permission: Used for pushing messages, reminders, etc.
• Network permission: Used for accessing internet services
• Background running permission: Used for playing audio in the background, data synchronization, etc.

You can modify the authorization status of these permissions at any time in the device settings. Some features may not be available if permissions are not granted.

4.1 This application uses artificial intelligence (large language model) technology to generate Buddhist calendar details.

4.2 To provide this service, we send the following information to the AI service provider:

• Date information (Gregorian, Tibetan, Lunar calendar)
• Festival information
• Your language preference settings

4.3 The AI service provider may process this information according to their privacy policy. We select service providers that meet privacy protection standards.

4.4 AI-generated content does not contain your personal identity information.

5.1 Widgets display practice progress and other information on your device's home screen.

5.2 Widget data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

5.3 The widget feature needs to read your practice data to display progress.

6.1 The Contemplative Journal feature allows you to create, edit, save, and manage your practice notes.

6.2 Data Storage:

• Your Contemplative Journal note content is stored on cloud servers to enable cross-device synchronization
• Note data is encrypted during transmission and storage to ensure data security
• You can view, edit, or delete your notes at any time within the app

6.3 Data Usage:

• We only use your note data to provide services (such as storage, synchronization, display)
• We will not use your note content for commercial purposes or share it with third parties
• We will not analyze or mine your note content for personalized recommendations

6.4 Content Moderation:

• We have the right but not the obligation to review note content
• If illegal or non-compliant content is found, we have the right to delete the relevant content and take corresponding measures

6.5 Data Security:

• Note data transmission uses SSL/TLS encryption
• Note data storage uses encrypted storage
• We regularly back up note data to prevent data loss

6.6 User Rights:

• You have the right to access and export your note data at any time
• You have the right to delete your note data at any time
• You have the right to disable the Contemplative Journal feature

• Local storage: We will store some data on your device, such as cache files, settings information, practice data, etc.
• Cloud storage: We will store some of your data on cloud servers to provide cross-device synchronization and other functions
• Data encryption: We will encrypt sensitive data to ensure data security
• Storage period: We will only store your data for as long as necessary to provide the service, unless a longer storage period is required by law

• Cancellation: You can apply to cancel your account in 「Settings - Account & Security - Cancel Account」. After applying, your account will be immediately unable to log in and will enter a 7-day cooling-off period. During the cooling-off period, you can log in to revoke the cancellation; if revoked, all data will be retained intact. After the cooling-off period ends, your personal data will be permanently deleted
• Data deletion: After canceling your account, we will delete your personal data, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations (financial sponsorship records are anonymized and retained as required by law)

• Background running: The app may run in the background for the following reasons: playing chanting audio in the background, receiving reminder notifications, executing data synchronization, updating widget data, etc.
• Auto-start: The app may start automatically when receiving push notifications or after a system restart (if you have enabled related settings)
• User control: You can manage the app's background running and auto-start permissions in device settings (App launch management)

• Update notification: We may update this privacy policy from time to time, and we will notify you through in-app notifications or other methods after the update
• Effective date: The updated privacy policy will take effect from the date of publication
• Continued use: If you continue to use this application after the privacy policy is updated, you accept the updated policy
